Licensed Counselor  ·  Accepting New Clients

A quiet place
to do the hard work.

Compassionate, thoughtful counseling for women, couples, and families navigating change, loss, anxiety, and the seasons of life that ask the most of us.

— My approach

Tender, but honest.

I believe healing happens when we feel truly safe — and when we're gently invited to look at the things we've been avoiding. My work is rooted in that balance.

Sessions are warm, conversational, and individualized. We move at your pace. I draw from evidence-based modalities including IFS, EMDR-informed work, and attachment-based therapy, but the work itself is always tailored to you and what you're carrying in.

Whether you've been in therapy before or are reaching out for the first time, you'll find a space that meets you where you are.

— Areas of focus

Where I do my best work.

A few of the seasons and struggles I most often walk alongside clients through.

Anxiety & Overwhelm

For the high-functioning women whose lives look fine on the outside but feel like they're holding it all together with both hands.

Life Transitions

Becoming a mother, ending a marriage, losing a parent, leaving a career — the moments when one chapter closes and you don't yet know the next.

Couples & Family Work

For partners ready to repair, families navigating tension, and the relationships that need a third party in the room to help untangle.

— A little about me

Hi, I'm Sarah.

I'm a licensed counselor with over a decade of experience walking with people through life's hardest passages. My practice is built on the belief that you don't need to be fixed — you need to be heard, and then helped to do the slow work of becoming more yourself.

Outside of session, you'll find me with a too-strong cup of coffee, walking my old dog, or trying to grow tomatoes that survive the season.
